I loved the room with a kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The location was magnificent - very close to all the attractions that Minneapolis has to offer from pro sports, concerts, museums, night life, and the Mall of America.

I got great value for my money at Extended Stay. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for my family of 5. The staff was understanding and kind, helping us out when our purse was stolen. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
The breakfast menu could be improved with more options.

Pet friendliness.
The room we were given is in dire need of maintenance. They called it a pet designated room which appeared to be for 2nd class citizens with pets.

I got great value for my money with a clean and functional room, perfect for a quick stay. The location was convenient, close to the highway and within walking distance to gas stations, food, and pharmacies. The staff at Extended Stay were friendly and accommodating, even allowing for early check-in.
The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, with more variety and options for guests to choose from.

I liked the price but the online ads really don't let you know you have to pay for any services at all and there are absolutely no amenities at the hotel.
I was prepared for no daily maid service but not for having to unclog my own toilet (and staff wasn't sure if there was a plunger or where it was...found it in the trash room)...yes, you have to haul out your own garbage. To get the really good price, you basically just get the room...the rest is up to you.
